1. What does it do?

IWMT Assistant enhances and streamlines your workflow within Trams® Back Office. It dramatically reduces the time and effort needed to manage received payments. What used to take an entire day can now be completed in under an hour.
Its most powerful feature is an intelligent search text box that replaces the tedious process of manually filling out fields and running individual queries. Simply type in a few fragments, such as part of an invoice number, a reservation code, customer name, or address, and our smart search will instantly match and retrieve the relevant data.
Once you've selected your result, the Assistant automatically takes over: it moves the mouse, presses the right keys, and navigates the Trams® Back Office interface for you, no need to manually search or click through menus.
This intuitive and time-saving tool integrates directly into the Trams® interface and becomes visible when processing received payments, adding a custom toolbar with new buttons and controls to enhance your experience.
2. Is it difficult to install?
It is extremely simple to get started with IWMT Assistant. Just install it and run it. No configuration is necessary. It just works, out of the box.

3. How does it look like in Trams®?
IWMT Assistant seamlessly integrates inside your existing Trams® Back Office interface when you process received payments. You will notice additional buttons and controls when processing payments received (see inside the red rectangle in the following screenshot).


The search text box is the highlight of our software. The strenuous process of filling fields and querying for information is a thing of the past. You now only need to write fragments of what you are looking for. Our text box instantly provides matching data.
