Weekly, a recap of all tickets issued is produced. Central billing cards are broken out. This is to aid in credit card reconciliation.

Monthly/Quarterly statements can be generated showing cost savings, specific captured data (e.g.co2 production) and other requested data. An analysis of spend and ideas to drive further savings are given with data as a back up.

Nominated people have 24/7 access to Grasp data boards as shown below. This near real time data suite is updated every evening and it offers a massive swathe of data for your organization.
